Overview

Discover Sintra, former Summer Residence of the Portuguese Kings, classified as UNESCO World Heritage site, just outside Lisbon, on our semi-private tour. Guided visit to Pena Palace (ticket not included) and free time at the historical center.

After lunch, the tour continues to the western most point of Europe (Cabo da Roca), followed by a visit to Cascais Fisherman Village. The tour will also pass through Estoril, on the coast.

Our guide Ruie was the best! He was very knowledgeable about the history of your beautiful country. He is very witty and entertaining and we had an awesome time. The group size (7 people) was the perfect size for socializing with everyone.

I had a wonderful time on this tour. The people were very fun, and Pedro, the tour guide, was fantastic and very accommodating. Cascais was stunning as Lisbon’s beach town and the Pena Palace in Sintra was a colorful sight to see. FYI: The palace tour takes a bit longer than anticipated due to it being a busy tourist sight. It may not be so busy in the off season. This tour is a definite yes for all who go to Lisbon!

Pedro was a very friendly and good tour guide. Very fairly priced for an all day excursion. The Peña palace was extremely crowded on a Monday in Sept but well worth the visit. Small group is a much easier and efficient way to tour. Highly recommend.

Great trip. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Peña palace was so very busy and even more so after we finished. Glad we got there early. Loved the gardens and would definitely go back to spend time there. Also amazing scenery, enough to whet our appetite for a return to Cascais and area.
