We joined the half day FUN canyoning experience and absolutely loved it. It was a great group and the canyon we explored was stunning. The scenery and vegetation were amazing and we throughly enjoyed all the jumping action and rappeling. The guides were very professional and explained everything very clearly. We felt well looked after and safe in their hands. Highly recommend Azores Adventure Islands and this tour if you want some adventure and to experience some more of the remote areas of the island!

João and Zé were awesome tour guides for our first-time canyoning experience! This was a unique activity to truly experience the natural beauty of São Miguel. We saw gorgeous waterfalls, and had the best time zip lining, rappelling, jumping, and sliding down them. Our guides put safety first and kept things very fun, exciting and entertaining! And they brought a GoPro and shared pictures and video of the trip. We will sign up for a full day next time!

A true adventure. You need a little courage as you beginn it, but then it is pure fun. Carlos and Rodrigo were fantastic guides!

Amazing Experience with sympathetic Professionals

We went on the tour with a small group of 6 People and 2 Guides. It was a really nice experience. The guides were professional, friendly and explained everything well. They did not seem bored doing the same tour or explaining the same thing over an over.
Also we got the photos really fast.
We met other groups which was way bigger, so can not recommend this more, due to the fact that this kind of tours are much more fun with smaller groups.
